What happens if I or a party guest forget socks?
Not a problem — we sell socks at reception for both kids and adults.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking!
Can I bring in food from home for either daily play or for a birthday party?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t contain any peanut or nut products. It is important that you read the labels on your food packages to ensure compliance to this policy so that we can ensure a safe space for everyone.
What party decorations can I bring in for the party I have booked?
No pinata, streamers or confetti is permitted, basically anything messy. You can use table decor, balloons with weights, and backdrop stand. Please note that no tape is allowed on the doors, walls or windows.
Can I bring my child without a diaper during potty training phase?
In order to maintain cleanliness of the facility and as a courtesy towards other visitors, kindly have your children in diapers for the duration of your time inside the facility to avoid any accidents.
Are you open for daily play during birthday parties?
Yes, the play area is always open during our operating hours and is shared with party guests.
How far in advance do I need to confirm the number of guests for my party?
At least 3 days in advance so we can ensure we have the correct amount of supplies dedicated to your party.
Can I bring alcohol to a party?
Absolutely no alcohol is allowed at Playtown at any time, including private parties.
Do you have highchairs available for use?
Yes, we have five highchairs available upon request.
If I need the party room for longer, is that an option?
Yes, it may be possible, subject to availability. Please talk to one of our staff members for more information.
What if there is rough play going on and it makes me and/or my child uncomfortable?
Please alert one of our staff members with your concerns and they will address the situation. Please note that if any customer is not respecting the facility rules, they may be asked to leave the premises so that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun environment.
